Shopping Centre

This is the site of the Elephant and Castle shopping centre which is owned by Key Property investments, a Joint Venture company between St Modwen Properties PLC and Salhia Real Estate. St Modwen also manage the centre.

Key Property Investments is currently looking at a range of options for the transformation of the shopping centre site.
