LSBU - London South Bank University

Keyworth II (working title): Designed by Nicholas Grimshaw, Keyworth II will be a state of the art building on Keyworth Street to house the Faculty of Health and Social Care, the Department of Education and provide facilities for Sports and Exercise Science. The building will also house an Energy Centre providing a focus for research, teaching and demonstration of environmentally sustainable energy systems in buildings. The Foundations and substructure now complete and the superstructure works are progressing. Completion scheduled for spring 2009.

Georgian Terraces: The historic grade II listed Georgian terrace buildings on London Road and Borough Road have now been stabilised and made weather-proof, which means that the appearance has been vastly improved and the future of these heritage buildings secured.
