Detailed design work and legal processes agreed
Spring/Summer 2008
Schemes start to be submitted for planning permission
Spring/Summer 2008
First planning permissions received
Winter 2008/2009
Construction of new homes begins
Autumn 2009/Spring 2010
First new homes finished and tenants move in.
