Shape our 'Cultural Vision' - Invitation to tender

The Elephant & Castle Creative Quarter Steering Group is inviting organisations to tender for phase 2 of ‘shaping the cultural vision’, working with local cultural stakeholders. This project will capture the cultural profile of the area, establish a clear cultural mission, and produce a short film presentation, or similar, that sets out the cultural aspirations for a wider audience, including developers.
