Lend Lease gets to work in the Elephant

A ten strong team from Lend Lease rolled up their sleeves and got to work cleaning and mowing at Geoffrey Chaucer School in Elephant and Castle, as part of their Lend Lease Community Day initiative.
The Community Day programme was established twelve years ago to provide Lend Lease people from around the world the opportunity to give back to the communities in which they operate.
Geoffrey Chaucer School staff and students can now enjoy a rose garden and make use of a large park space that was previously an overgrown field - and see out of the newly polished windows on the building’s ground floor!
